Privacy at Climer

Short version: Climer collects the minimum data needed to give you a learning experience and to know whether the product is working. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. The longer version is below.

Three commitments that don't change

Whether Climer ends up structured as a nonprofit or a for-profit, those three commitments are foundational and don't change. If they ever do — they won't, but if — you'll see a notice on next sign-in and a dated update at the top of this page.

What we collect

Marketing site (climer.ai)

App (app.climer.ai)

What we don't do

Third parties

We use a small number of third-party services that may receive limited data:

Children

Climer is intended for users 13 and older. If you're under 13 in the US, please use Climer with a parent or guardian setting up the Clerk account on your behalf — see Clerk's parental consent flow.

Your rights

Email for any privacy request: hello@climer.ai

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top and (for app users) post a notice in the app on next sign-in.

This policy aims to be honest about what we do, not to be a legal shield. If you need a more formal version (for school district procurement, GDPR data processing agreements, etc.), email us — we'll provide one.
