The Anthropic Economic Index (Jan 2026) documented a near-perfect correlation between AI skill sophistication and economic outcomes. Workers with AI literacy earn 30% more. That premium is widening.

AI adoption is converging across the US 10× faster than any prior technology wave. The window to address the equity gap is 2–5 years — not decades. Right now, AI literacy is concentrated in the highest-income, highest-education demographics. The rest of the country is watching a gap open that will take a generation to close — unless we build the infrastructure to close it now. Climer is that infrastructure.
